Currently we ship to the following countries outside of the EU:
- Canada
- US
- Switzerland
- Great Britain

Free shipping for orders over € 1000.

We offer free shipping to the US, Canada and Switzerland for orders above € 1000. Quite Quiet prepares the export declaration documents but the customer is responsible for all applicable import taxes and custom duties.

Order value up to € 1000: Free Standard Shipping, customer is responsible for all applicable import taxes and custom duties
Order value above € 1000: Free Express Shipping, customer is responsible for all applicable import taxes and custom duties

VAT deduction

We currently do not offer a deduction of the applicable VAT. In lieu we cover all shipping costs for orders below 1000€ and express shipping costs + cost for the export declaration for shipments above 1000€.

Returns

International customers need to cover all applicable costs for the return shipment including insurance.

Transit times

Orders in stock are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted in the product description. Please note that we cannot ship to post box addresses.
Once your order has been processed, the average transit time for international standards shipping is 5-12 business days and 2-6 business days for express shipments.
