Returns & Exchanges

It is important to us that you re happy with your purchase! If you for any reason would like to return the jewellery, please note the following:

New and unworn jewelry can be returned within 60 days. Please return the jewelry in their original packaging. The 60-days-period begins when the goods have been received by the customer. If the jewelry shows signs of wear it will not be accepted.

If you would like to return or exchange a product, please let us know by sending an email to hello@quite-quiet.com and we will send you our return form, a pre-paid shipping label and further instructions.

We cover shipping costs for returns within Germany and the EU.
